On an Independent Holiday or Special Group:- After going through our programes you liked it but want to travel on a different date or as a private group with family and friends. Kindly mail us so we can arrange that for you and plan according to availability of your dates. Please note that the price will vary depending on the season, size of your group and type of accommodation required etc.


  Tailor Made Tours:- It’s not necessary that you may like any of our packages mentioned in the website. This is an ideal way to travel as a couple, a family or as a group of friends keeping a sense of independence and flexibility. You mail us No. of persons, No. of days in hand, areas of interest so that our experts plan a holiday for you like wise. The holiday focus on Culture, Rafting, Trekking, Jeep tours with time to stop & visit places if interest, interact with local communities and gain a personal insight into a region.

  When to Book:- We recommend that you book your holiday as far in advance as possible. In recent years due to increase in No. of tourist we have problems in getting air tickets on required dates and availability of hotel accommodation. So to avoid last minute hassles its our advice to book in advance.

 

CONDITIONS:

• You can find both cheaper and more expensive operators than us. Our strength is that we provide the greatest choice of Culture & Adventure holiday, as we know the region very well being a native of this place.
   
• Booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the hazards involved in this kind of holiday; including injury, disease, loss or damage to property, inconvenience and discomfort due to weather, mechanical breakdown, local political conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances. Flexibility is the whole philosophy of this type travel one requires and allows on trip alternatives due untoward reasons.
   
• The outline itinerary given for each trip must be taken as an indication of what each group / individual should accomplish and not as a contractual obligation on part of TSOMORI TOURS.
   
• Company is not liable to supply alternative tour, accommodation, services or staff for the period when the client is not present with the group / individual due to certain personal reasons, to complete the itinerary outlined for a holiday.
   
• We are responsible to you for the proper performance of our obligations irrespective of weather those obligations are provided directly by us or by third party service providers engaged by us acting within the proper course of their employment, unless that failure is :
   
• Due to unusual & unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
   
• Due to an event which even with all due care we could not foresee or forestall.
   
• To make a booking you must send us a deposit of 10% of the total cost and mail us a confirmation letter. We’ll then invoice you for the reminder of the cost, which you must pay on arrival.
   
• If you cancel your booking less than 8weeks before, the booking amount will not be refunded.
